| Channel | Chiro Central | Spine and Health | Spinal Solution | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google rankings 6 money searches | Page one on 0 of 8 | Page one on 4 of 8 | Page one on 2 of 8 | Both clinics hold positions in your suburb. You hold none of the head terms. |
| Google Ads Transparency Centre, AU | 0 ads on record | 4 ads on record | 0 ads on record | The clinic sitting first for Crows Nest is also the only one paying for the search. |
| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | No clinic ads found | No clinic ads found | No clinic ads found | No clinic in this market is in the feed. The searches return pillows, mattresses and agency ads. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Book page hands off to Cliniko | Two booking systems, request a time | One contact form | Your booking path is the shortest of the three. It is not the part that is broken. |
| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | 5.0 (16 reviews) | 4.9 (Crows Nest Spine and Health) | 5.0 (75 reviews) | You hold the equal highest rating of the three from the fewest reviews by a distance. The proof is real, there is just not much of it. |
The site is not the problem. You have a page for Crows Nest, St Leonards and North Sydney, a page for every condition, published fees and a one click handoff to Cliniko. What you do not have is anyone arriving: you rank second for back pain chiropractor Crows Nest and nowhere for chiropractor Crows Nest, you run no Google or Meta ads, and you carry 16 reviews against a rival's 75.
Eight searches a Crows Nest patient types before they book, read live from Google Australia on 9 October 2026.

Your Crows Nest page already exists and reads well. It sits behind a clinic with two locations, a long link history and an ad budget. The same page ranks second for the long tail and nowhere for the term it is named after, which tells you the page is not the missing piece. Authority and on page targeting are.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The eight searches in this report, at an example volume a suburb this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once those pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Enquiries, not booked patients. What one more patient is worth is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still two patients a month who are not finding you. Those searches happen whether or not you rank. Today the patient rings whoever sits on page one.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Strengthen the two pages that already exist for Crows Nest and for sports injury, put the 5.0 rating where Google can read it, and give the head terms the internal links and the review proof they are missing.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spine and Health | 4 | Active | Chiropractor Crows Nest - $95 Chiropractic Assessment | spineandhealth.com.au | $95 assessment, request a time and the team calls you back |
| Spinal Solution | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | spinalsolution.com.au | Organic position only |
| Chiro Central | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | chirocentral.com.au/book | Every fee published, one click to Cliniko |
The Transparency Centre lists four ads on the spineandhealth.com.au domain from a verified advertiser, and every one of them leads with the same $95 assessment offer for Crows Nest or North Sydney. Your domain has none on record. The clinic ranking first for your suburb is also the only clinic paying to be there, which is how it stays there.
Your book page is the shortest path of the three. It says what happens next, shows same week openings, names private health and EPC rebates and hands the patient straight to Cliniko. Their ad lands on a page that asks the patient to request a time and wait to be contacted. You hold the better mechanism and none of the traffic.
Nobody in Crows Nest is running a Meta headline, so the first clinic to write one owns the feed by default.
Searches for these clinic names return pillows, mattresses and agency ads. That tells us the local market has never tested the feed, so there is no rival creative to beat and no cost per enquiry to undercut. The proof a good ad needs already exists on your site: 5.0 from 16 reviews, a location a minute from the metro, private health rebates handled on the spot.
For a clinic, a real photo of the treatment room and the Metro address will outperform anything a bedding brand is running. Pair it with the assessment offer and send the click to the same book page that already converts.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. The feed is the cheapest test available to you, and no competitor is standing in it.
Your Crows Nest page is live and does not rank for chiropractor Crows Nest. Rework the title and the on page targeting, link the service pages into it, and put the 5.0 rating where Google can read it. The proof is already on the site, it is simply not load bearing yet.
Spine and Health has four live ads on one message and a request a time step. You have published fees and a direct Cliniko booking, which is a better conversion path than the one beating you. Take the same suburb terms and land the click on the page that already works.
5.0 from 16 reviews is thin next to 5.0 from 75, and review count is what a patient reads as proof of volume. An after visit flow that asks every patient is the whole job. The rating is already perfect, only the number needs to move.
No clinic in this market runs Meta ads, so the first one to test sets the benchmark. One offer, one location photo, one week of spend, sent to the same booking page. If it does not work you have spent a test budget and learned something no competitor knows yet.
Your homepage opens on what you do and how you treat. It does not open on the rating, the suburb, or the fact you are a minute from the Metro inside a working gym. Those are the three things a patient checks before they call.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the two searches worth reworking first and what a small ad test would cost you.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
