| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | 5.0 (12 reviews) | 4.9 (63 reviews) | 5.0 (266 reviews) | Five stars from 12 reviews is a clean sheet and a small number. The competitor holding the BAS search carries 266 reviews, so the gap here is volume, not quality. |
Your website does not serve a page. Your listing describes education and immigration services for international students, and the migration search in Melbourne is held by a migration agency, with the accounting searches held by H&R Block, Zimsen Partners and two firms buying the small business term. You appear on none of the six.

The migration term is the one that matters most to your listing. It is held by a migration agency and a visa platform, both with service pages written for international students. The accounting terms are held by H&R Block, Zimsen Partners and two firms paying for the small business search. None of those positions requires a marketing budget to reach, they require pages that exist.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report at an example volume a city this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once those pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down. Both of your services start with a conversation.
Enquiries, not engagements. What one visa or one accounting client is worth is a number only you have.
Eleven enquiries a month is not a forecast, it is what the arithmetic says is currently going to the firms above you. One student visa client or one accounting client a month covers the whole exercise many times over.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Build the site first: a page per service, named the way people search it, with your registration details and a way to book.

Nobody in this comparison is buying Google ads, and that is the open door. The searches for a Melbourne tax return, a BAS agent or a small business accountant are being won on the free results only, which means a page that answers one of those searches properly can take the spot without a bidding war.
There is no landing page because there is no website serving a page at all. One page built around a single search, with a phone number and a form, is the whole gap between this business and the two competitors whose sites are still only ranking on their home pages.
A page for the BAS search, nothing else.
One competitor holds the BAS agent search with 266 reviews behind it. Every other head term here is won on thin pages, which is why one properly built page, priced and answered clearly, is the fastest thing to take.
What was actually checked: no ad from any of the three advertisers, and no website serving content for this business.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. Nobody here advertises on Meta, so the feed is empty rather than crowded. A local accounting offer aimed at small business owners is cheap to test.
Nothing else on this list works until the domain serves a page. It is the difference between being findable and not existing to Google at all.
Migration and accounting are different buyers with different searches. One page per service, in the words each buyer uses, is the whole job.
Migration clients check registration before they call. The agencies ranking above you put theirs where it can be seen.
The searches for student visas and study advice are typed by people making a decision about their whole life. Answers, not credentials, win that click.
Twelve reviews is the smallest number in this comparison and the easiest to move. Ask every client for one at the end of a return, and the BAS search stops looking like somebody else's.

Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
